First number is 6.
General term is 6+(n-1)6. If this does not immediately make sense, then determine the first four or five terms and look for the pattern. n is the index of the term in the sequence.

What is the 7th term? Let n=7 in the general term and compute.
6+(7-1)6
6+(6)(6)
6+36
42.
