They are all correct if you use the function
\ =\ -\frac{1}{3}x^4\ +\ \frac{8}{3}x^3\ -\ \frac{20}{3}x^2\ +\ \frac{37}{3}x\ +\ 11)
Where 
and so on.
You need to define the function you want to use to describe your sequence. The point is that ANY five number sequence can be exactly modeled by a 4th degree polynomial function.
