Question 698750: how do you work out the missing terms in the sequence?
1, 2, 3, 5, ? , 13, 21, ?,
Answer by vidya p(12) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Solution:
Given sequence is: 1,2,3,5,?,13,21,?
here we can see that : third term is obtained by adding the first two term,
in similar way fourth term 5 is adding second two terms ,
hence 5 term = 3 + 5
= 8
and the last term is = 13 + 21
34
hence the sequence would be:
1,2,3,5,8,13,21,34
Thanks
best regards,
