Question 675392: I've been given a question asking to solve which is the odd one out in the sequence...and i've approached it from different angles but can't find the answer:
1, 3, 5, 6, 10, 15, 18, 21, 27, 28, 36, 45.
I also have another two questions like this, but I have to get this one right in order to choose the next correct sequence as it takes me to another page when I click the answer. And if I click the incorrect answer, my tutor said that it'll take me to a certain sequence so he'll know I was wrong :S
So my homework has really come down to a stand still. I really appreciate the help!!
Answer by lynnlo(4176) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
odd numbers out of the sequence
3,5,15,21,27,45
in a sequence any number that can be divided by 2
and have a 1 left over
example:
2divided by 3=========1 with 1 left over
2 5=========2 1
