i dont know how to get the answer or how to find it

2/3 + 1 + 3/2 + 9/4... is your sum.
Each number is bigger than the one before it since each number is 3/2 times the number before it. Because each number is bigger than the one before it the sum does not converge to some value. It gets larger and larger.
