100!/98! 2!
100!=[100*99*{98*97*96*.........*3*2*1}]
98!=98*97*96*.........*3*2*1
HENCE 100!/98!=100*99....AS 98,97,96,......3,2,1 CANCEL EACH OTHER
IN FACT WE CAN WRITE 100!=100*99*98!
SO WE GET 100!/98!2! = 100*99/2*1=50*99=4950
