ok let start with the geometeric sequence, the formula for this is an = first term multipy by the ratio raise to power of n-1.
an= a1.r^n-1
an=4, r=-3, n=4
A^4 = 8(-3^4-1)
A^4 = 8(-3^3)
A^4 = 8(-27)
A^4 = -216 so your answer for the 4th term is -216
