Find the sum of the geometric Series: 4,-2,-1/2,.....
What you have posted is not a geometric sequence.
The ratio of -2 to 4 is -1,2
The ratio of -1/2 to -2 is +1/4
Without a consistent "r" there is no geometric sequence.
