23/99 is 0.23232323232323232323232323232323232323232323232323232323...
317/999 is 0.317317317317317317317317317317317317317317317317317317317317...
can you see the pattern? Remember too that some of these fractions may simplify, so that
45/99, which is 0.45454545454545454545454545454545 simplifies to 5/11.
So: 0.88888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888888... is? :-)
