Well you know 70%21 is 70%2A69%2A68%2A67%2A66...and so on.
and 68%21 is 68%2A67%2A66%2A65%2A64...and so on.
Do you notice that what 70! and 68! have in common?
68! goes into 70!. Since they are divided, you can simplify by crossing out all of the numbers of 68! from the denominator and the numerator.
That leaves 70%2A69 in the numerator.
