If a geometric sequence starts with a first term of 2 and grows exponentially by a factor of 3, what is the sum of the 4th and 5th terms?
1st term = 2
2nd term = 6
3rd term = 18
4th term = 54
5th term = 162

4th term + 5th term = 54 + 162 = 216, choice (a)
