26,000+6,250=$32,250 is Juan's salary in the 6th year.
26,000+1,250=27,250
27,250+1,250=28,500
28,500+1,250=29,750
29,750+1,250=31,000
31,000+1,250=32,250
Total salary=26,000+27,250+28,500+29,750+31,000+32,250=$174,750 total 6 year salary.
