This is an arithmetic series with a1=2, and difference of 2 with 13 rows.
S=(n/2)(2a1+(n-1)d); (13/2) (52+12(-2))
=(13/2)(28)
=13(14)=182
26+24+22+20+18+16+14+12+10+8+6+4+2=182
