The correct answer is NOT in the list, and none of the answers are even close. 1/16 is 6.25%, 1/8 is 12.5%, 1/2 is 50%, and 0 is, quite obviously 0%. The correct answer is roughly 31.6%. Answer B is slightly, but only very slightly, closer than any of the other answers, but I would simply refuse to answer this question on principle.
