        The calculation and the answer in the post by @mananth both are incorrect.
        I came to bring a correct solution. 


12380 - 8*1910 = -2900.


Since the computed value is negative, it means that the formula
for the depreciated value stops working before 8 years,


and the correct answer is that 

    the depreciated value of the computer in 8 years is 0 (zero) under given conditions.
