Starting with the 1st term: 16, 3 is added to get the 2nd, 5 is added to the 2nd to get the 3rd, and 7 is added to the 3rd to get the 4th.

What's being added each time to get the next term is ODD numbers, starting with an addition of 3 to the 1st to get the 2nd term.

You should be able to do all the additions now to get the 8th term. Now, you don't expect me to do everything for you, do you?
