Select the option for "?" that continues the pattern in each question.

3, -6, 12, 4, 20, ?     3*12 = 36 = .  Following the same pattern,  4*x =  = 400,  which gives x = ? = 100.


7, 16, 8, 27, 9, ?


2, 7, 26, 101, 400, ?


7, 21, 8, 72, 9, ?      = 3;    = 9 = .   Following the same pattern,   =  = 27, which gives  x = ? = 9*27.

All these/such problems are ALCHEMY and ASTROLOGY and have no any relation to Math (and to the goals of this site).


And my only goal, when I see such problem in the post, is to take it off from the stream flow.
