They will either have infinitely terms in common
or no terms in common at all.

If they have 1 term in common, they will have all their terms 
beyond that one in common, because they are all spaced
equally apart because of the same common difference.  So they 
will have infinitely many terms in common.

If the first term of one is between two term of the other 
then all terms beyond that one will be between two terms of 
the other and they will have no terms in common.
