Hi there,
Make the width = 'x'
Width = x
Length = 3x
Perimeter = 2 x Length + 2 x Width
216 = 2(3x) + 2(x)
216 = 6x + 2x
8x = 216
x = 27
Width = 27 ins
Length = 81 ins
