Let the base of the rectangle be x.
Then the height is (x+6).
Area of the rectangle is 91 cm^2.
x(x+6)=91
x^2+6x-91=0
x^2+13x-7x-91=0
x(x+13)-7(x+13)=0
(x-7)(x+13)=0
x=7 is the solution
Height=13 cm
Base=7 cm
Perimeter of the rectangle=2(7+13)=40 cm
