P=2(L+W) Substitute for L.
65 in=2(4W+W)
65 in=8W+2W
65 in=10W Divide each side by 10
6.5 in=W ANSWER 1: Width is 6.5 inches.
L=4W=4(6.5 in)=26 in ANSWER 2: Length is 26 inches.
CHECK
P=2(L+W)
65 in=2(26in+6.5in)
65 in=2(32.5 in)
