First, your should multiply 24 by two to get the sum of the widths of the rectangle: 48 ft. Now, since it says "at least", the perimeter can be 98 feet. So, let's subtract 48 from 98: 98-48=50. So, the sum of the lengths is 50 ft. Let's divide that by 2 so we can get the length of the rectangle: 50/2= 25. So, the length of the rectangle for the perimeter 98, is 25. Now, for 136, we'll do the same thing. Step 1) subtract 48 from 136: 139-48= 88. Step 2)88/2= 44. So, the length of the rectangle, if the perimeter is 136. So, the range of the values for the lengths is, 25 ft to 44 ft.
