perimeter = 66 cm
perimeter = 2*(length+width)
66 = 2(x+5+x)
66 = 2(2x+5)
66/2 = 2x+5
33 =2x+5
33-5 = 2x
28 =2x
28/2= x
14 =x
width =14
length = 14+5 =19 cm
