L = 2w-5
A = Lw
(2w-5)w = 52 m^2
2w^2 - 5w - 52 = 0 (tossing out negative solution for unit measure)
(2w-13)(w+4) = 0
w = 13/2m and L = 8m
And...checking
(13m/2)(8m) = 52m^2
