Hi,
.
A = Lw
(w+5)w = 266in^2
w^2 + 5w -266 = 0
(w + 19)(w-14) = 0 (Tossing out the negative solution for unit measure)
w = 14in and L = 19in
And...checking
14in(19in) = 266in^2
