I tried: length(l)=4*breadth(b),

1/3(4b*b)= 12,
after solving above equation,
b= 3m so, l= 12m (My answer)
BUT IN THE BOOK ANSWER IS 120m(length).

so, the total area of plot would be
but, you are given that a playground measuring occupies of total area of plot
