AREA OF A RECTANGLE=SIDE1*SIDE2. SO WE NEED TO FACTOR THIS ANSWER INTO 2 PARTS SIDE1 & SIDE2 THUS:
3X^2+5X
X(3X+5) X BEING SIDE 1 THEN (3X+5) IS SIDE2.
