Let the breath of the rectangle be x feet and lenght is x+ 6 feet.
perimeter = 100
2(l+B) =100
2(x+6 + x)=100
4x +12 = 100
4x = 100-12
4x = 88
x = 22
length = 22 +6
=28
Area of rectangle = l* b
= 22*28
=616 sq feet
