Question 800712: how many bags of cement will you buy for a path 12 meter long and 2.5 meter wide, if a bag of cement can cover 6 square meters?
Answer by Cromlix(4381)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Area of path = length * width
Area of path = 12m * 2.5m
Area of path = 30 m^2
One bag of cement can cover 6 m^2
30/6 = 5
5 bags of cement would be required
to cover the path.
Hope this helps.
