Mid point formula:
(x1 + x2)/2 , (y1 + y2)/2
(8 + x2)/2 = 5
(8 + x2) = 10
x2 = 10 - 8
x2 = 2
(4 + y2)/2 = 1
(4 + y2) = 2
y2 = 2 - 4
y2 = -2
Point Q is (2, -2)
