Question 767710: The pair of figures is similar. Find x. Round to the nearest tenth if necessary.
They're two rectangles. One is taller then the other.
The first one the height is 13 ft and the width is 10 ft
The second one the height is x and the width is 4 ft

The ratio of height to width in each figure will be equal. Or the ratio of height1/height2 = width1/width2.

13/x = 10/4 - cross multiply.

10x = 52

x = 5.2
