It's the sum of the lengths of the sides.

All sides are congruent or equal. So you have 4 sides that are 10 cm each. This means that the perimeter is 10+10+10+10 = 40 cm

Another way say it: P = 4s ---> P = 4*10 = 40 cm

Either way, the answer is 40 cm
