perimeter of recatngle = 2(L+W)
2(L+W)=80
Area of rectangle = L*W
L*W= 300
L= 300/w
substitute L in the first equation

Multiply by W

divide by 2

W(W-30)-10(W-30)=0
(W-30)(W-10)=0
W= 30 OR 10
The dimensions are 30m by 10m
