1 metre = 100 centimeters
7 meters = 7*100 centrimeters
7 meters = 700 centimeters
Goal is 700 centimeters wide.

To convert from meters to centimeters, you move the decimal 2 places to the right, so 7.00 m becomes 700 cm.
