You didn't give the answer choices, but basically: A will be a multiple of 14 and b will be a multiple of 3 but you have to multiply the 14 and 3 by the same number. For example 14*4=56 and 3*4=12 so 56 and 12 could be your answer because they are both integers and as a fraction their value reduces to equal 14/3
