The minimum would be 17.5" x 14.5" (this makes the dimensions as small as possible, while still rounding to 18", 15"). The maximum would be 18.5" x 15.5". Note that the 18.5" and 15.5" dimensions are not exact, but the dimension that is as close to 18.5" and 15.5".
