L = 2x + 6
W = x
2x + 6 + x = 64
3x = 58
x = 19.3 meter this is the width.
2x + 6 = 38.6 + 6 = 44.6 meters, this is the length.
2(44.6) + 2(19.3)
89.2 + 38.6 = 127.8 approx 128 meters;
