A rectangle is 6'6" long and 3'4" wide. The area of the rectangle is?

convert 6" inches to feet:
6* 1/12 = 6/12 = .5 feet
so 6'6" = 6.5 feet
.
convert 4" inches to feet:
4* 1/12 = 4/12 = 1/3 = .33333 feet
so 3'4" = 3.33333 feet
.
area then is
6.5 * 3.33333 = 21.67 square feet
