Question 449014: I have a room that is 12 ft x 20 ft x 8 ft high.
The lenght of the diagonal is 23.3 feet:
dsq = asq + bsq (can't find the carrot symbol on the keyboard)
dsq= 12 sq + 20 sq
dsq = 144 + 400
dsq (sqrt) = 544 (sq rt)
d= 23.32 ft
How do I now figure out the angle of that diagonal?
I want to do the work, but I don't know what equation to use to find the answer????
