length=x+5
area=x(x+5)
=x^2+5x=204
x^2+5x-204=0 204 factored =4*51=4*3*17
x^2+17x-12x-204=0
x(x+17)-12(x+17)=0
(x-12)(x+17)=0
x=12,-17 since width can not be negative
width =12
length=17 ANS
