Answer by mananth(16946) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
width =x
length = 5x/3
2*(x+5x/3) =64
x+5x/3 = 32
3x+5x /3 =32
8x=96
x= 12 cm the width
length = 5*12/3= 20cm
