L = 13-W
W*L = 36 FT^2
W(13-W) = 36
13W - W^2 = 36
W^2 -13W + 36 = 0
FACTORING
(W- 9)(W-4) = 0
(W- 9)=0 W = 9FT , L = 4FT
(W-4)= 0 W = 4FT , L = 9FT
