Area = l*w
Area = l*(70-l)/2
600=(70l-l^2)/2
1200 = 70l -l^2
l^2-70l+1200=0
l^2-40l-30l+1200=0
l(l-40)-30(l-40)=0
(l-30)(l-40)
l= 30 OR 40
...
l=30 w= 20
l=40 w=15
The dimensions can be 30 by 20 OR 40 by 15 meters
