THE AREA OF A TRAPEZOID IS (BASE1+BASE2)/2*HEIGHT THEREFORE (BASE1+BASE2)/2*8=28 OR (BASE1+BASE2)*4=28 OR BASE1+BASE2=28/4 OR BASE1+BASE2=7
