let width of picture be x
length = x+3
..
width =2 inches
width including frame = x+2
length including frame = x+3+2
..
Total area = (x+2)(x+5)
=x^2+7x+10
..
area of picture alone = x(x+3)
=x^2+3x
..
x^2+7x+10-x^2-3x = area of frame
4x+10= 92
4x=92-10
4x=82
x=20.5 cm the width
length = 20.5+2= 22.5 cm
CHECK
((22.5)*(25.5))-(20.5*(20.5+3))=92
