THE PERIMETER OF THE TRIANGLE FORMED BY THE SIDE & THE DIAGONAL AND THE MISSING SIDE OF THE RECTABGLE IS:
16^2+B^2=34^2
256+B^2=1.156
B^2=1,156-256
B^2=900
B=SQRT900
B=30 FOR THE MISSING SIDE.
AREA=16*30=480 M^2 ANS.
