The perimeter of a polygon is the sum of the measures of all of the sides. A square has 4 equal-length sides. Just divide 200 by 4 giving you the number of yards that each side measures. Multiply the result by .91 (close enough if you are going to round to the nearest 10th). Round the answer per instructions.
