Question 17631: Determine the perimeter and the area of a rectangle with a length of 12.1 m and a width of 7.3 m.
Answer by pwac(253)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Perimeter is found by adding together all 4 sides.
In this case 12.1+12.1+7.3+7.3=perimeter
or it has an equation:2L x 2W= P. where L is long side,W is width.
Area is found by multiplying length x width.
In this case 12.1 x 7.3=area (remember the answer is in square metres)
Hope this is clear.I'll leave you to do arithmetic.
