Measure any side, say 250' side --> 2 corners.
Then use a string or whatever you have that's 120 feet and another string that's 277.3 ft. Tie them at opposite ends of the 250' side.
The intersection of the 2 strings is the 3rd corner.
Move the 277.3' string to the other diagonal.
