pool has area of 60 m^2
pool+ path has dimensions of (12+2x)(5+2x), where x is the addition of the width to each dimension.
4x^2+34x+60=120
4x^2+34x-60=0
divide by 2, both sides
2x^2+17x-30=0
(2x-3)(x+10)=0
2x=3, only positive root
x=3/2 m.
dimensions are 15*8=120 m^2.
